"Our purpose is to develop, promote, and operate programs and activities
that will preserve and enhance the cultural, civic, educational, and social
qualities of Fountain Hills."
Among the many programs that the FHCCA currently supports are the
In-Home Concerts, the Fountain Hills Community Chorus, the annual
Piano Competition, art and music in our schools, the Public Art
Committee, and various civic affairs.
The In-Home Concerts feature quality jazz and classical music
performances. These concerts are held in private homes in Fountain
Hills and feature both world renowned and local artists.
The Sunday afternoon concerts take place during the winter season The
small venue for these concerts enables the patrons to socialize and
visit with the artists during intermission. Tickets are available to the
public.

The Fountain Hills Community Chorus, led by Matthew Frable, aspires to entertain its audiences with
beautiful choral music while providing a fun and enjoyable experience for Chorus members. The
non-audition Chorus, founded in 1991 by a group of Fountain Hills residents, sings in four-part
harmony and is open to all who love to sing and desire to grow musically. In addition to concert
performances during the Christmas holiday season and at the beginning of April, the Chorus, the
Chamber Singers, and other small ensembles are available to perform at community functions.
The Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association strives to keep Fountain Hills citizens informed
about the Town Government and associated functions. The association has sponsored several Town
Hall events over the years including Candidate forums and debates and voter registration drives for
high school students and newly relocated citizens. This year the FHCCA is inaugurating a Public
Forum, in conjunction with the Fountain Hills Community Center and the Fountain Hills Senior Activity
Center, which will provide quality public speakers on current topics of public interest.
Over the last seven years, the Fountain Hills Public Art Committee and many other organizations have
worked to create an excellent collection of public art for Fountain Hills. Pieces are located inside the
Fountain Hills Community Center, in the Community Center Courtyard, in Fountain Park, and
elsewhere throughout the Town of Fountain Hills. Almost all the pieces in this collection have been
purchased with private funds. The goal of the committee is to create the finest collection of public art
in the Southwestern United States.
